This website provides general information about Gateway Synchub’s in-app search analytics services. You may use it for lawful business and personal research. You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or reuse our content in a misleading way.

Information on this site is educational and is not a substitute for advice based on your organisation’s data, systems, and circumstances.

Consulting engagements

A consulting engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work. That document will define scope, deliverables, timing, fees, client responsibilities, confidentiality, and any special terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed engagement document takes priority.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, appropriate access, timely feedback, and confirmation that they are authorised to share any data supplied for analysis. Clients remain responsible for product, commercial, legal, and operational decisions made using our recommendations.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Gateway Synchub retains rights in its pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. Rights in engagement-specific deliverables are set out in the relevant proposal. Neither party may disclose confidential information except as agreed, required to perform the work, or required by law.

Liability and availability

We take reasonable care in our work but do not guarantee a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability will be limited as stated in the signed engagement. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors; we may update or remove content without notice.
